We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule if you do not show up on time to your scheduled appointment. We are on a tight schedule so even 5 minutes can throw off the remaining appointments. We understand that things come up and we will try our best to accommodate you if we can.
We understand things happen that may be out of your control, but please understand we have held that appointment time specifically for you. UA has the right to not accept any no-show clients for future appointments.
Considering spray tanning requires preparation prior to the service, any cancellations less than 6 hours prior to your scheduled appointment may be hard to fill. Should you have to cancel, you must do it before the 6 hours window to avoid a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service. You can also replace your appointment with a family and/or friend to help avoid cancellation fees! Please call and/or text to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
All tans and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. If there are any issues with your tan, please contact us within 24 hours after your appointment so we can help troubleshoot it. A successful spray tan comes with proper prep and post care! Make sure to read our Tan Prep & Care sheet beforehand.
Bookings of 3 or more people require a deposit of $25/person. Venmo and Zelle are both accepted. In the event of a cancellation or a no show during the party, a charge for the full amount will be administered to the host.
